I · The thesis
Why five tools that each work fine still lose you money.

An agency does not lose its margin in one obvious place. It loses it in the gap between the board and the timer, between the timer and the spreadsheet, between the spreadsheet and the thing the client actually approved in a thread. By the time those four systems agree with each other, the month is over and the retainer is already underwater. Bizdaz runs all of it in one place — the task, the hours against it, the scope the client agreed to, their approval, the pull request that closed it and what the published work went on to earn. Each one knows about the others, so nothing has to be reconciled by hand.

01

One place, not five

A task, the hours logged against it, the client's approval and the pull request that closed it all live together. Nothing is reconciled at the end of the month, because nothing was ever apart.

02

The rules hold on their own

Scope and sign-off are built in, not a step on a checklist somebody has to remember. A colleague in a hurry, an automation and an AI agent are all stopped in exactly the same way, with the same message.

03

Work has to prove itself

Every agent output is checked deterministically, then by your own compiler, then by judgement — in that order. A check that could not run is not a pass.

Every run leaves a trail: which tool it called, which file it touched, which check it passed, and what it is waiting on. Nothing happens in a box you cannot open.

Checks out a clean git worktree off main, writes the fix, runs tsc and next build, self-heals a null-reference error on line 46, and opens PR #184.
